Molded Fiberglass Grating is manufactured by composites material including resin and various fillers, reinfored by continuous fiberglass roving, cured in the heated mold.
Properties:
1. Light weight with high strength
Our grating is around 1/3 weight of steel grating but with similar strength.
2. Chemical resistance
Our grating is anti-corrosive against different kinds of chemical medium including acid and alkali, via different formulas.
3. Fire reisistance
Our grating is designed to meet a minimum Class 1 Fire Spread Rating of ASTM E84.
4. UV resistance
We can achiev UV resistance via special formula.
5. Non-conductive
Our grating is made without any metallic ingredient.
6. Non-skid
We do surface treatment like concave surface or gritted surface to achiev anti-slip.
7. Easy to install
We have various design of clips to make easy to install gratings.
8. Low maintanence cost
With above properties, our grating is with low mantanence cost.
